About Kelly Egolf

Kelly S. Egolf has over ten years of experience in all aspects of professional non-profit fundraising, management and consulting. She has worked as a staff member, board member, trainer and consultant, and trained with the Center on Philanthropy at the University of Indiana. Kelly began her career in Eastern Europe as a regional non-profit consultant with the U.S. Peace Corps. She continued her work in Washington, DC with a global education organization, where she conducted and managed program design. She also wrote and won multiple multi-million dollar grant applications.

In 2002, Kelly began working as a consultant in New Mexico, helping a $17 million dollar healthcare organization design a fundraising program, recruit and develop a fundraising board, and establishing a successful employee-giving campaign. At the UNM School of Medicine, Kelly was responsible for major gifts and was one of three development officers responsible for a $2.5 million annual fundraising goal. Since leaving UNM to live in Santa Fe, Kelly has worked with many New Mexico organizations, focusing on fundraising and organizational development.
